The awkward questions

What happens when credits run out?
Work pauses, nothing is deleted. Your strategy, memory and connected tools stay exactly as they were. Top up and the same sprint carries on.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. New credits add to whatever is left on your balance — nothing is wiped at the end of a billing period.
Can I get a real campaign running on the free 500 credits?
Yes. That is enough for several strategy sessions and a first test campaign, so you can judge the work before paying for it.
Does connecting my own tools cost extra?
Analytics, CRM, and anything with an open API connect for a token amount, once. LinkedIn and some social platforms run on licensed integrations we rent for you, so those carry a small monthly cost in credits for as long as the profile stays connected — and it stops the day you disconnect.
Do I have to choose channels when I subscribe?
No. Every plan unlocks every channel and every built-in playbook. The only difference is how much work your monthly credits cover.
Can I cancel?
One click in the Stripe customer portal, any time. Auto-recharge can be switched off separately and independently.
