Please read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully as they govern your use of the MarketOwl, Inc. website located at https://www.marketowl.ai/ (the “Site”) and the content generation and publication services located at app.marketowl.ai, based in DE, USA.

1. Agreement to Terms: By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services: MarketOwl creates content relevant to your target audience. Users can approve, edit, delete, regenerate, and, if permission is granted, publish this content on their social media platforms. Additionally, MarketOwl provides outreach services to help users connect with potential clients through targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns.
3. User Content: Users can upload images, videos, and gifs to accompany generated content. This uploaded content may be published on their social media. Users can also delete, edit, and generate content to fill out the paid period.
4. Subscriptions and Payments:

• Marketowl.ai has different subscription options for content generation:
  Personal Use: $15/month, with a 5-day trial. MarketOwl writes and publishes industry news comments to one Twitter and/or LinkedIn account.
  Business Use: $39/month, with a 10-day trial (up to 30 tweets and 5 LinkedIn posts). Includes up to 90 tweets and 15 LinkedIn posts per month, covering two strategies, with industry news comments.
  Agency Use: Manages up to 99 content strategies, each with the same functionality as Business Use.
• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, refunds will not be provided as content for the period is pre-generated. Services will continue until the end of the paid period.
  
  

Marketowl.ai offers additional service for cold outreach

• Outreach Service: $300/month, targeting up to 500 leads via email and LinkedIn, with the first month including a 2-week setup period. MarketOwl finds 500 ideal clients monthly, purchases domains similar to the client’s site, and manages email accounts for outreach.
• LinkedIn Access: Client provides LinkedIn access via MarketOwl’s interface, transferred directly to GetSales.io for outreach.
• Client Role: MarketOwl handles all communications, with the client responsible for responding to leads.

   5. Usage Restrictions: Users are prohibited from using the platform to create and distribute content about terrorism, scams, human rights violations, etc. The software should only be used for promoting legal services and goods.

   6. Intellectual Property: Content is generated using the OpenAI API but is published on user platforms. Marketowl.ai does not claim ownership of the content but retains the right to use it for promotional and operational purposes.

    7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in a court in Poland.

• Usage Data: Information about your interactions with our platform.
• Tracking & Cookies Data: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service.

Information Collected from Third Parties:

• Data from Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Stripe, Intercom, Smartlook, GetSales, Salesforge.
